1 bottle Vinter’s Best Blackberry Wine concentrate

1 Winexpert Merlot 1 gallon kit

Water to 6 gal

Honey to 1.090 SG

10g 71B wine yeast

Optional Bentonite and FT Rouge Berry (per manufacturer’s directions)

9g Fermaid K

Dual Fine

Potassium Metabisulfite and Potassium Sorbate (per manufacturer’s recommended dosage)

Varietal Honey and Fruit Juice concentrates of your choice for backsweetening.
